6.4.1 PH 01 - Abutment remedial works 

Remedial works of the abutment walls (strengthening and provisional works in order that no stability problem take place during the abutment fill dismantling). Works should be over and matured before proceeding to next phase.

6.4.2 PH 02 - Dismantling works - A

Dismantling of the upper portions of the remaining parts of the bridge and pavement with detailed survey and numbering.

• Dismantling of the upper portions of the abutment fill.
• Strengthening of the ground, adjacent to the dismantling area.
• Protecting from ground collapsing with sheet piles.
• Provisional works for protecting the abutments walls margins with tie rods and tension bars.
• Dashed lines represent smaller dismantling configurations to be performed if possible.
